0:46.4	So Kelly, coming off the back of a major real estate crash, what was the epiphany that
0:53.4	attracted you to real estate at that time?
0:56.8	My mom had contracted dementia, Alzheimer's, and, you know, Lady of the Depression and just
1:05.7	funny story. If you've dealt with any of those people, they're always like, I don't have any money.
1:11.4	I don't have any money.
1:12.1	You know, I'm broke.
1:12.7	I can't do this or that.
1:14.4	And finally I had to start taking care of her affairs and started getting mail and looking at
1:21.2	these statements coming in and seeing, it's like, I wish I were poor like you were poor.
1:26.5	Realized that this lady had over half a million dollars accumulated.
1:31.6	And so my siblings and I got together and talked about what do we do here.
1:37.2	And so we put some money aside for her.
1:41.8	And through my brother-in-law, I had a contact and that guy's,
1:46.4	well, let's put them in these mutual funds, happened to be loaded mutual funds. And things
