I don't really know how, to be honest. I don't know what the algorithm had in mind for me, but stumbled across Max Maxwell, went down the rabbit hole of wholesaling, found you. And then, yeah, within days, I mean, literally days, I was like trying to figure out how to pull a list and cold coal. You just knew. Yeah, I was like, well, if this is as easy as they make it seem on YouTube, I should be able to make some phone calls and figure something out. And I did. I just jumped in. Well, well, let's let's talk about that because it's not easy. It's simple. It's simple, but it's not easy. It's not easy, right? It's conversations, having quality conversations with people that have |
