Emotions are the strongest force in most people, even in those who believe they are very

intellectual.

Well, they may not have emotions of love, instead they may have emotions of irritation, anger,

resentment, agitation.

So the question is only about whether your emotions are sweet and supportive to you or you

have emotions which work against you.

This is a choice that everybody has, that you can use your emotions to make yourself

wonderful and strong or you can use your emotions to become vulnerable and painful.

This is a choice that all of us have.

All human emotions have a chemical basis to it.

So doing something about yourself, a little bit of engineering about yourself, a little

bit of yoga to inner engineer yourself so that your chemistry always generates the sweetest

and strongest emotions which are positive and towards your well-being and everybody's

well-being.

This is a possibility that is open to every human being, no matter in what condition you

are right now.

If you are willing to invest a certain amount of time and energy in your life, everyone

is capable of using their emotion to make themselves truly wonderful, strong and also

to be of immense use to every other life around you because how you feel is how you are

going to act ultimately.

May your emotions be the strength of your life, may your emotions be the most wonderful
