I got sued for my student loan of $30,000 and this doesn't happen to everyone but essentially I was

defaulted while I was a full-time student in school and kind of ignored all of the

notices that I was getting I thought it was a clerical error, got a

knock on the door, got a piece of paper that said, Queens County Court summons, and that essentially is the start of a lawsuit. You have to answer to a complaint.
