Hey, girlfriends. Thanks for showing up again for another episode of girlfriends. I'm so happy that you're here. I'm so grateful for your presence. I'm recording this a little bit early this time because I'm going to be away for several days in the coming week and I don't want to miss my Monday posting a show.

We're going to talk about how you can make fitness work for you, because, you know,

there's no shortage of articles online or, you know, just even scrolling through

Facebook, all the different links that you can read that will make you feel, um, guilty or

helpless with regard to fitness like you're never going to do it right. And that really

bothers me because having been a victim of that kind of mentality myself in the past,

I know that that is,

that ends up having the opposite effect on people sometimes, that overwhelming kind of sense

of responsibility when it comes to fitness, the idea that we, you know, have to do everything,

have to have everything perfect, that we have to have these lofty goals. You know, I think there's a much more

doable way to make fitness work for you. And that's why I'm calling this episode make fitness work

for you, because that ultimately is what I think I have figured out in my life through, you know,

trial and error, mostly error. But that how to make it work for me. And what I mean by that
