That's right, you heard me right, or maybe you're looking at a title on rumble and you saw oh maybe

this is just a repeat from a couple days ago but no no no president Biden

currently now off the ballot in yet another state in a far I would say

where Ohio probably not the friendliest I say maybe one of the least friendly

probably states to president Biden maybe one of the deepest

red states in the country and that of course is the state of Alabama and that just

is another situation where they weren't paying attention kept kept their eye off the ball, and Will, what have we here?

Right, and this comes in the form of a letter from the Secretary of State of Alabama, West Allen,

and he wrote to Randy Kelly, who's the chair of the Alabama

Democrat Party, it has recently come to my attention that the Democrat National

Convention is currently scheduled to convene on August 19th, 2024, which is after the state of Alabama's

statutory deadline for political parties to provide a certificate of nomination for President and vice president on August 15th.

Now the statute reads no later than the 82nd day next proceeding the fixed day for the election. So 82 days before November 5th

the parties are supposed to, by state law in Alabama, certify who their

candidates will be.

This is yet another state in which I can only imagine there will be more to come as secretaries
