1:00.2	And it would be remiss of us not to start by talking about the attack in New Orleans.
1:06.5	They're now saying that there's an intelligence bulletin from Louisiana State Police that says several potential explosive devices were found in New Orleans's French quarter following the vehicle attack earlier this morning. It was about half past three this morning. And surveillance footage had captured three men and a woman placing one of multiple improvised explosive devices.
