and movement, of course, in the disappearance of Madeline Kingsbury, who has been missing

since March 31st of this year from Winona, Minnesota.

Apparently last night her husband, excuse me, I keep calling him a husband,

they refer to him as her partner, and they have two children in common, a two-year-old and a five-year-old.

In many parts of the country, that makes it a common law-type marriage, even though

it's not recognized in a lot of states.

But they are in the Family Court Act, at least in New York City, they would be considered

family.

Anyway, all of that is just technical stuff.

Last night at about, I believe it was about 7.15, 7.30 p.m., Adam Frivel was taken into custody

and going to be charged with murder second degree.

And that would be intentional murder, not premeditated murder.

That's something in the law in Minnesota as to why they charge them unintentional rather than premeditated.

Also, yesterday afternoon, apparently some remains were recovered.
