Three-year-old Madeline McCann disappeared from her holiday apartment on May 3rd, 2007, in Pryodouloges, Portugal.

Her parents, Kate and Jerry McCann, claimed she was taken by an abductor while they dined with friends at the nearby tapus bar.

You're welcome. So why did you travel to Priya Duluz?

Last summer, we finally visited Praia Deluge where we were able to make some observations based on the evidence in the PJ files.

We took video and photographic footage, which we were reference in this podcast, and it will be available

for people to view on the 10pm Facebook page, Twitter feed and YouTube channel.

The results of our observations were very eye-opening because when you go there, which is

something I would recommend everyone who's interested in the case does, when you go there

and you have read the files and you see Madeline's apartment

and you walk the streets surrounding it, what is very striking is that the abduction narrative

is even more unrealistic and implausible and unlikely. What was very interesting was you spoke

with some locals who were living in Preeluge at the time of Madeline's disappearance.

And they told us, one, that they didn't know that the PJ Files existed, which was very interesting.

And two, that they and their friends and their family, knowing the street and the buildings around Prairie DeLuge quite well,

were of the opinion that Madeline could not have been abducted from the apartment to 5A where the McCannes were staying.

What is also quite surreal, I suppose, is knowing what happened, it's quite amazing to see life goes on and people have to get on with their lives.

But Prae de Luge is doing well again and the locals also told us that I went through a very

difficult time after Madeline's disappearance.
