I just have a pretty important announcement that I got to share with you before we get started and that is that we are bringing ads back to the podcast. You will now hear ads on Sunday episodes. I'm sure some of you are pretty
0:15.9	upset at the news and some of you are like, yeah, Leanne, you finally brought them back. I missed them so much.
0:22.1	I've learned that I really can't please everyone. Some people
0:25.2	were really upset that we dropped ads. Some people were really happy that we dropped ads.
0:29.4	We probably gain new listeners by not having ads, but it really comes down to the fact that I just
0:34.2	can't sustain this long term and I hope you understand that the business
0:38.4	requires it and I think a lot of our listeners also require it too.
0:43.0	So we're taking a little bit of a different stance
0:45.0	than we did before, where we had ads on the podcast,
0:48.6	three ads each podcast, where we had them on the blog,
0:52.3	in the newsletters, and social media.
0:54.4	All we're doing for right now and really running with this change is incorporating one
0:59.0	ad per podcast at the beginning of the episode. That's it. What does this mean for you if you're
1:05.4	a patron? So if you've been supporting us on patron we tried to supplement our ad
1:09.6	income by adding patron where people could donate money and then get free things and
1:14.6	exclusive content. I'm actually going to continue with patron. We renamed it to
