Now hold on a minute, I pretend to hear you say. I know what Macworld is, but what's this

eye-world business?

Well if you use an I-thing, it could well be for you. I'm excited about it. I'd like you to learn

more and so I bring you an interview from a recent edition of Maco-AS-Can day six

talking with IDG VP and Macworld I World GM Paul Kent.

So I remember back in 2005 when I was doing news for Inside Mac people would occasionally write in and say you're doing too much about the iPod because you know 2005 it was all about the iPod

In 2007 I started to get mail from Mac OS can listeners saying you should call your show

iPhone OS can because people are apparently bugged that I was doing too little

Mac for the name Mac OS can and too much iPhone I wondering, were you guys like hearing similar things or

was that part of the reason that you just decided with Macworld Expo to just

embrace the whole eye thing with the addition of the name eye world at the end.

Well you need to remember that our mission in life is to be an accurate reflection

of what's going on in the Apple Products Marketplace.

And so the evolution, you know, has been that when I products started appearing, beginning with the I-POD, that we started

to see a proliferation of accessory and utility companies

for our products
