A few Apple Services hit a few snags on Thursday and many or a few people saw

iCloud issues early in the day which it was depends on perspective.

I'm Moore's headline said I message

Some I-Cloud Services down for a small number of users,

while CNET's headline said Apple I-Cloud Services

offline for a few million users.

When is a few million a small number?

When one has millions and millions and millions of something.

Anyway, a number of people had iCloud issues Thursday.

CNET says iMessage, photo stream, documents in the cloud, backup and restore, and

i Photo journals were all out for about 3 million people from about 1230 a.m.

eastern to about 11.30 a.m.

While Apple didn't give a hard number as far as people affected. It did say about 1% of users were seeing issues.

In April, Apple said it had about 300 million iCloud users, thus CNET says 3 million people were temporarily hosed. Then there was

the find my iPhone issue, the one where in the wrong set of circumstances you

had to be a paid developer to use it.
