People disappointed with Tuesday's Apple event probably need to practice the first of the three

R's Reeden. Apple promised an education focused event and an education focused event is what Apple delivered.

The biggest announcement from the event is one that many expected.

The Mac Observer says Apple unveiled a new 9.7 inch iPad with Apple pencil support during its

Revering to the new iPad as its lowest price model,

TMO says the revamped tablet's specs include Apple's A10 fusion processor, a 9.7

its retina display, touch ID, a Face Time HD front facing camera, an 8

megapixel rear facing camera with 1080 1080P HD video, and full Apple

pencil support.

Well that sounds like a pro, there are some features missing.

First, it doesn't come with a smart connector so no support for Apple's smart keyboard. A comparison chart run by N-Gadget shows a smaller screen size, a lower resolution for the screen. Probably smaller memory though memory for the screen,
