Hard to believe that this just happened, but Apple appears to be out of the trillion dollar club.

Apple En cider says investor reaction to coronavirus has taken Apple's valuation below $1 trillion.

A troubling though unsurprising story from the cult of Mac on Monday.

Multiple sources tell the site that they can't see Apple stores outside of China reopening

until mid-April at the earliest.

Not a name in the piece, of course, and who can blame the sources?

They would like to have jobs to go back to once the stores

finally do reopen. The manager of one Apple store in the southern U.S. was quoted as saying,

I've been told not to expect stores in my area to be open

anytime soon and when I asked for a guest two people ventured to say mid-April

but they said it with no certainty. Another manager was quoted as saying, I know many managers were told verbally on March

14th to not plan with any great certainty in reopening March 28th.
