Hello and welcome to love your life. Resistance makes you tired. Have you noticed that?

When you are in a state of resistance, you don't feel energized.

Instead, you are de-energized. The negative emotion of resistance is tiring. And when I say resistance, I mean when you are thinking and feeling in opposition to your desires.

When I say resistance, I mean when you are pushing and forcing and trying really hard to make what you want happen.

Resistance, the opposite of allowing, can be absolutely exhausting.

Think about how you feel when you are in a state of resistance. For instance, when you doubt
