How you doing? What do you think of our sweaty hot room? It's very sweaty and very hot.

I've been here for two minutes and I feel like I need to change my t-shirt already. I always

like to think it's to burn some calories doing this. I don't think it works like that.

I see it's my cardio. This is what I'm doing. It doesn't work like that. You just leave

with a smelly sweaty outfit. You know when you go on a sauna, do you lose weight? Or not?

You lose water weight? So is that only on the day, though? Is that not really a...

I can't say I've sort of put it like that. Just sitting there. It's like a main form of exercise.

It's going to a sauna and sitting in there. That sounds amazing. Wouldn't that be so good?

Just the same amount. Working out whilst doing nothing. That's the dream.
