Janaya, thank you so much for coming on the show today.

Thanks for having me. I'm very excited to be here.

I love that I just pretended like this is a lively show episode as I said that.

Okay, let's start by telling us a little bit about yourself.

So I'm about to be 43. I am a mom of three. I have a

14 year old, a 12 year old and an 8 year old. I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota

with my husband and my kids and I am a serial small space

entrepreneur kind of. I have started several different kind of creative-based

companies that sort of flex and move with my life. I kind of come in and

come out of them. But currently I've been doing really part-time freelance

interior design work for about six years now.

Awesome and what's your favorite thing about life with intention online so far?

Oh, I'm so many things.

One is that I clearly needed intentions.

I needed to identify what those uppercase v values were. I had so many people chatty in my ear I guess is the way

what to word it. Mom, friends, I mean like so many noises in my head that I needed to find what my noise was and what my kind of

internal compass was.

I've always felt really confident and so I just kind of moved forward in the world but I realized that there were things that I really wanted but didn't know how to go about getting them because they seemed like a departure from me, but really what a lot of it is is push back from, you know,

other voices in my head. So I needed to crowd them out and find what mine was.

Isn't it funny that the ego can kind of sound like your mom?
