Oh, no problem.

I'm so excited to get into your personal habit,

but before we do that, would you mind sharing

a little bit about yourself?

Yes, so I am 30 years old.

I am a teacher that is originally from the UK and now living and teaching in Vietnam and have

been here for the past two years.

That's interesting. We actually just had another module for guests who is from the UK and she's living in Australia.

So that's kind of an interesting UK expat situation.

Everyone's leaving.

For exit, I guess, is kind of going the other direction as well.

Yeah.

Uh-huh. So what's your favorite thing about class so far?

I think getting in touch with my intuition in a more stricted way I guess. I've

always had a really gut feeling about a lot of decisions and whereas in the past it's kind of, it had to come up and get me rather than me tap into it.

That's fantastic. So when it comes to personal habits, what area specifically within all of your habits

are we focusing on today?

So to do with eating and health specifically, I recently found out that I am intolerant to gluten, so I can't eat gluten anymore. So my personal habit is all around health and energy particularly.
