0:38.1	Thank you. Our pleasure. We'll talk a little bit about each of your roles, but I kind of want to
0:43.2	focus first on what makes this destination. First of all, Portugal, but specifically
0:48.9	your property, the Ritz Carlton in Central, such a wonderful place to bring a group,
0:54.4	bring a meeting, and even for leisure travelers. Normally what I say about Penalong is the perfect
1:01.2	location, just because in five minutes you arrive to Central, so we are straight in the middle,
1:07.5	and Central is like the Disneyland for the grown-up. You have all the palaces and everywhere over there,
1:13.7	and then in 10 minutes you arrive to the coast, so you have the beach, you can enjoy the sun,
1:19.4	and in 25 minutes you are in the city center. So it's really a wow effect that you have. Normally
1:25.2	I say that is the triangle. Another thing that we have beside our resort is inside the property,
1:31.0	you have a monastery from the 14th century, so it's also a wow effect to see all the modernity
1:37.2	of your town, but at the same time you have a lot of history, and obviously the third point would be
1:43.4	that we are located in a national park, so inside, in the middle of the national park of St.
1:49.1	Ricochka. In the hotel it's very unique because it is, you feel like you're in the country,
1:54.4	a lot of space, beautiful trees, rolling hills, and then the property itself is, in terms of the
