Well welcome everyone to the Luxgen Challenges podcast a new podcast but we are going to be chatting to people about the

challenges that they're faced in their lives,

be it loss, disabilities, trauma, mental health struggles, and most importantly how they've overcome them

and what they've learned along the way. We're really excited to take this chance

to shed a light on these topics

and give a space of resilient young people

to share their stories of overcoming adversity

and help others going through a tough time.

Just before we get into it, we wanted to give a slight trigger

warning because we're going to be discussing grief and loss and a specific accident

with a slightly more graphic nature so just a trigger warning in case that is going to

For this first episode, I'm really excited

to introduce the author Amber, who you guys probably know

from the vlogs, but she is part of the Sheelux

and Luxgen team. She's been through various things throughout her life from grief and loss to disabilities that she deals with every day.

So today we thought it would make a lot of sense to start off with Amber's story and explain why this podcast is so important to her before she takes the helm and start speaking to other people.
