1:20.8	Court agreed to hear an appeal of Colorado's ruling that Donald Trump is ineligible for office,
1:28.9	amicus brace had just been pouring into the Supreme Court. And this last week, Judge Lutig filed one of these briefs.
1:35.9	And he's not just some guy. I mean, he has some serious conservative and legal credentials.
1:42.3	I mean, he was a White House counsel in the Reagan administration. He was
1:46.9	appointed to the Fourth Circuit by George H.W. Bush. He was there from 91 through 2006.
