Summary

Although this mans first claim to fame came from the hit TV show the "bachelorette" he actually has his sights set on competing in CrossFit and eventually owning his own business in the fitness industry. After meeting him, working out together, and talking — there's no doubt that he's got some passion. 

 

This episode touches on a little of everything in Lukes life. While the TV show may have made him look like a villain, on my show, I just want to know what makes him tick and see if there's anything I can do to help with his future goals.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are back. It's Tuesday. It's time for another episode of Real Chalk.

And I'm so excited to drop this episode on you guys. Been a little bit of an anticipated episode.

I was at the CrossFit Games a few weeks ago, and I met up with someone I'd never met before. His name was Luke Parker.

And he was on the Bachelorette. And I was like, oh, that's so cool.

So I talked to him about it a little bit, and obviously he had been talking about the Bachelorette for weeks and weeks and months and maybe a year.

I don't know. And he really wanted to talk about fitness and he really wanted to talk about CrossFit.

And he had a bunch of questions for me in terms of getting into the space and making it a career.

He also had questions for me as an athlete. Like he just was super, super excited about the whole space and everything that was

crossed or related and everything that was fitness related. And I just wanted to have him on the podcast and we just wrap about it publicly.

You know, I mean, it's just it's a little bit more fun that way. And he has a huge following of people who love following him and seeing what

he's up to. So I thought, you know, let's let's do it on the podcast. Let's let's put it out there. And people can get a little bit more of Luke in their life.

My routine was completely off track. And man, does it feel good to just be back home, be back in my gym, back on my regularly routine and back doing the workouts that I love to do.
