Lucas Nelson grew up splitting his time between the family ranch in Texas and the family home in

Hawaii, that is, when he wasn't on the road with his famous dad, Willie.

He spent his childhood surrounded by instruments, spending time with legendary musicians

and listening to a wide range of blues, gospel, country, and rock and roll.

father's, but his journey has also relied on a natural songwriting and guitar-playing ability
