You don't really get that with Donald Trump. What you get is him just saying the same thing behind the

things that he says in public. He does seem to just be able to partition off to create his own reality

and to stay in that. And I think that's been key to him being, you know, that lack of

shame, if you will, has been key to him to being able to live for another day to never say I made a mistake this all fell apart because of some things we did but we're

going to do better now. It's never had that it's just it was other people's fault they were all

as you may or may not know my book a return to common sense came out on September 17th

2024 and during my time touring with the book I came out on September 17th, 2024.

And during my time touring with the book,

I was in a Barnes and Noble on the upper west side of New York

when I ran into another first-time author whose book

had come out the same day.

Her name was Suzanne Craig, and she was the co-author of

Lucky Loser. How Donald Trump squandered his father's fortune and

created the illusion of success. We literally ran into each other at the shelf where we both had books and bonded over how cool it was to have worked so hard on something and then just to see it right there at Burns and Noble.

The next week, the two of us both made it to the New York Times Best Seller list.

Something I didn't realize until recently is an incredibly difficult thing to do.

In fact, according to an EPJ data science study that analyzed every New York Times best selling book for eight years.

Of the 100,000 or so hardcover books published each year, fewer than 500 make it onto

the bestseller list.
