Berg takes you on the journey for the truth about getting healthy and losing healthy weight.

0:22.0

Now, there's so much easier to prevent cancer than to try to reverse cancer once you

0:27.2

had it, and out of all the conditions that someone can get medically, cancer is probably the

0:33.0

most scary. The prognosis is not good, the treatment is very invasive, so today we're going to talk

0:39.6

about the prevention of cancer, but if you have cancer, there is something you can do as well.

0:44.5

I'm going to put some links down below, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,

0:50.8

but only if you have the correct information about prevention. I mean, how are you going to

very kind of prehistoric. It's very crude. It loses its mortality. It can actually now live forever,

1:48.1

and so the metabolism of cancer is completely different from the metabolism of a normal cell.

1:54.1

It's rate of consuming sugar is much higher than a normal cell, and the other interesting thing

1:58.9

about cancer is that it spreads into areas of inflammation, so it can become malignant and spread

2:06.7

into areas that you had trauma, mechanical injury, or for example, let's say you're a smoker,

2:12.8

and you have chronic inflammation in your lungs, it can spread in that area, or let's say there's

2:16.9

chronic inflammation in the gut that happened from eating the wrong foods, then the cancer can spread

2:21.7

to that area as well. So it's really important to understand that anything that can create
