| 1:24.2 | calm tone that this gentle, if that's my expectation, that may not happen. |
| 1:32.3 | And when those don't happen, it creates difficult feelings, frustrations, |
| 1:38.2 | sadness, even for some hopelessness. That creates a bitterness, |
| 1:43.4 | obviously now bitterness and resentment is setting in ultimately then that |
| 1:48.2 | creates hearts that are hardened to one another. And that's the problem with |
