to be here, but my nervous system is like discharging. Wow, fascinating. Well, you know, I do

think we're living such full lives these days. And I think the moments we get to be with

each other, it's like, a lot has happened since the last moment I was with, right? Every

single time, like now when people are like, how are you? And I'm like, girl, do you have

a year? I got so much going on. Tell you. So why don't we just start there? A little

check in. How are you doing, Yawning, one? I'm so. Okay. So I'm going to say one thing

to our listeners. So sometimes we have news that we cannot share with y'all. And it shapes

the energy of the show. Yes. Sometimes it's, you know, hard news and we're like sad news

bears. And sometimes it's really, really good news. And today, I think as a day, we're

good news that I'm not sharing yet. And so it's just going to be like just vibe off the
