but I really love doing this. It's really inspiring me and as I mentioned before the

whole reason that Clay and I decided to do these 24 Ways with our children and what I want

to say about it for you today is that whether you are an adult or a teenager or if you're

a child there need to be foundations to your life I think I've told you the story before

of when our family first went to see the built more. It was this beautiful almost estate

in Asheville, North Carolina and Vanderbilt, one of the sons who moved there. He didn't

want to stay in New York and do all the same kind of mansions that everyone else had done.

He moved to a more rural area. He brought in, he had this vision for developing a community

and he brought in builders and he brought in naturalists who could plant new kinds of

trees there and he brought art from all over the world and he planned to establish a new

church there and he brought a library and he made a place for artists and musicians

and basically as I have looked at the built more it's often encouraged me because what

we can see is that we can build foundations for a house. The house has to have strong foundations

in order to last for years. I'm living right now in a pretty old house that's either

between 165 or 195 years old as well as they can imagine and it's kind of a shaky old
