1:30.7 | That's actually toxic problematic not rooted in mental health or physical health and absolutely not true and that's how people end up in burnout and end up over reliant upon things like drugs and alcohol because they don't know how to disconnect or soothe themselves. |

1:50.4 | doesn't nurture us. So we want to operate at 70% max and we want to be leaving time and energy |
