Good evening, everybody. Welcome to the show. Got a great show plan for you.

0:04.4

Inspired by some things that came into my DMs, made a few social media posts about this, and I thought, let's expand.

0:11.7

You know, that's the problem with social media. We don't get to explain. I can't reference, speak to, qualify, clarify every single nuance, every

0:24.4

outlier. So it's broad sweeping statements. And I appreciate how frustrating that can be for

0:29.6

some people. It's been frustrating for me. But I guess maybe I'm opening with a reminder that

0:34.8

when someone post something on social media, sit with it.

0:38.8

I think I actually a long time ago put that on my story. Hey, a lot of people's posts,

0:44.7

especially mine, that are rooted in psychology and mental health, it's going to trigger,

1:21.7

You know, here's another gem. Never respond to an email, a text, or really anything until you're at a low level if you're

1:30.2

feeling like you're at a five or above that means you're definitely dysregulated and if you're at like a

1:35.4

two or three where you're a little frustrated a little disappointed let it kind of cool down and that's just a

1:40.2

general pro social pro mental health tip don't respond or engage when disregulated.

1:46.8

And no one's tweet in theory, anything centered in mental health really shouldn't, you know,

1:51.6

generate such a powerful response, which I've seen sometimes on my own stuff. And so I realize
