When I paused my podcast in November of 2024,

I assumed it was more than a pause. It was a full stop, period.

At that time, I was following my alignment, following what felt good, and what felt good was

saying goodbye to weekly episodes of the show.

I had said what I wanted to say, and it felt more aligned not to do the podcast than to continue.

And that remained true for several months. I experienced a great deal of freedom, one of my favorite emotions,

freedom in my schedule, and in my mind not thinking about creating new episodes of

Love Your Life with Law of Attraction. My actions to stop the show were so in alignment, and I'm really proud of myself for walking the

talk, so to speak, as in following what feels good, regardless of what others thought or

conventional wisdom about stopping an endeavor when it's popular. What I've

come to realize about law of attraction and trusting this process of alignment, trusting this

aligned state of being, is that what's in alignment changes? What feels good one day or for weeks or months or

even years may come to feel not so good, may come to feel frictiony, and vice versa. Things that were

once not in alignment can suddenly or slowly become just the things you want.

In other words, there doesn't seem to be a hard and fast list of do this, don't do that,

forever, because what's in alignment isn't static.

And the key becomes trusting the process, trusting the overarching principle,
