And so for this one, I want you to go with me to Ventura, California. And this is a place right near the ocean, super beautiful place, a very middle class area.

As with anywhere, there's highs and lows and incomes, but a real generally good area for someone

to set up their life and start out.

And this was the home of Mike and Sherry Dally.

Now, by the time I'm telling you this story,

they were both in their 30s and well established as a couple. And it's going to be 1996 that we are

jumping into this story. Now, they were high school sweethearts turned spouses for the last 12 years,

and they were, by all accounts, a match made in heaven.

Mike had been the big man on campus and a popular boy that other younger guys looked up to

and honestly probably wanted to be. He drove a black Monte Carlo that he liked to tool around

the school with and really show off, the girls they really took to this.
