Well, I'm so grateful to you, Margarita, for the invitation to be here and to the Scala Foundation and for their hospitality.

And I'm grateful for all of you being here on a Saturday morning to listen to our remarks.

While I was getting ready for my talk today, I was thinking back on a Saturday morning to listen to our remarks.

0:21.6

While I was getting ready for my talk today, I was thinking back, you know, it's Valentine's Day,

0:25.6

thinking about love, and I was thinking back to one of the weirdest wedding gifts that I received.

My husband's friend showed up for a visit. He was a bachelor. My husband and I were newly married,

0:36.6

and this friend showed up with a video that he thought we all should watch. It was a bachelor. My husband and I were newly married, and this friend showed up with a

video that he thought we all should watch. It was a video on how to have a good marriage,

1:28.3

You're not actually really loving your spouse.

1:30.3

What you're doing there is loving God.

1:32.3

And my husband, thankfully, now we've been married 17 years.

1:36.3

My husband, when we got a moment alone together later, he said to me,

1:41.3

actually, when I look at you, I do really see you. I don't just see

1:44.9

Jesus. That is a relief for all kinds of reasons. So, and we've, like I said, we've

1:51.1

been married 17 years despite not taking this event, and I think it's worked out okay. This

1:57.8

advice. So I tell you this story because I think it's an example of a not uncommon mistake.
