Let me, I just want to give you guys a story

about what is what my life is like now. I decided that for this

show I was going to drink an old fashion. As you know I make excellent old fashions. I make

probably the best old fashions no one no one has ever questioned the goodness of my old fashions

Question do you make your own simple syrup I do and let me tell you I made simple syrup today I made my own simple syrup today because I was getting ready for this. I was so excited. I was so excited. You know, I made just a very small batch. Just one cup of sugar, one cup of water. You boil it for five minutes, set it cool, and it's fine.

I made my own simple syrup today. Yesterday, when I went to the grocery store, I made sure

to buy a fresh lemon and a fresh orange so I could cut the heel off and you can do a little you do a little

spritz of the oils you get the oils in there gosh yes and I got I got my bourbon and I

poured out the proper amount of bourbon I won't tell you how much bourbon it was but it's the proper amount of bourbon and I won't tell you how much bourbon. It was but it's the proper amount of bourbon.

And I put in my bitters. I put in a lot of bitters because I like it to be a little bit

spicy. You know, I like a little bit of a little bit of spice in my my old fashion.
