Today, I have the privilege and pleasure of getting to sit down with one of my gal pals, Lottie Bildirici! Lottie and I have been friends for years and watching her FINALLY get to release her beautiful cookbook after years of dreaming is pretty damn special. GANG, this cookbook is STUNNING. It's full of recipes that every athlete can feel really good about incorporating into their lives. From mid-run protein and fuel bites to smoothies and meals, this cookbook is AMAZING.

Lottie Bildirici is an athlete, blogger, recipe developer, and Adidas nutrition coach. Certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she is a professional Holistic Health Coach.
