So a trans-gender man accused of shoplifting at the Walgreens, starts to walk out the door.

The security guard tries to stop him.

Formerly her.

Or currently her.

Anyway, they get into a fight.

They're rolling around on the floor.

This guard claims that the would-be shoplifter spit on him and threaten to stab him he pulls out a gun and shoots her she's

now dead that's the story yeah they battled the uh d DA is not going to prosecute the security guard with

anything, though, which is a step of the right direction in San Francisco, but having to

really fend off a very vocal, upset crowd that doesn't believe crime should ever be punished,

especially if it's a transgender homeless

person of color. Well, when the board of communist stupid advisors got together to discuss this and said

some of the predictable stuff you'd expect, including how dare anybody try to stop a thief.

Aaron Peskin, who's a lunatic, said,

stealing a bag of candy does not warrant the death penalty.

That's such a great line if you just want to whip people up and so dishonest be dishonest but yeah it's stealing
