Summary

Dan Zehr start off this week’s show by talking about how – thanks to the polar vortex – his limited edition Columbia parka (which was inspired by the coat that the cast & crew of “Star Wars – Episode IV” wore while they were working in Finse, Norway) came in very handy this past week. Jim Hill then looks back at how Disney Parks & Resorts turned the halftime show at Super Bowl XXIX into one long commercial for the “Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye.” Learn more about your ad choices. Star Wars planet, but everyone agree that Hoth is the coldest

0:50.1

because it doesn't have too many settlements there, at least not ones that are safe to be

without a lot of prep work and you got to dodge all the wampas which I had to do this past week during

this wonderful polar vortex and it was pretty crazy. We didn't get the

1:05.2

weather that you guys got. How cold with the windshield did it get out in your neck of

1:10.5

the country? I woke up and I have an acue weather app that tells you what the

1:15.5

temperature is with the wind chill or the heat index. It was negative 53 when I woke up in Illinois and

1:21.6

apparently it was colder in Illinois, especially in Chicago

1:25.6

than it wasn't Antarctica or Siberia that day.

1:28.2

I mean that's pretty crazy.
