Boom, that's a wrap day three at London Rail in New York City.

Just finished four episodes in one day.

Four in one day. It's 11 o'clock at night. We started at 10 a.m. and we've been going all the way through.

It was a crazy day. We had Ryan Sairhat, the guy who does a million dollar listing here.

Then after that we had Sean Baker. guy who does a million dollar listing here.

Then after that we had Sean Baker,

the guy that created the carnivore diet.

Then after that we had John Ronson,

the guy that wrote the book Men Who's Derek Goats

in the movie in the movie Frank and all his other crazy stuff and then we just had John Dan or her black belt under Hansa Gracie

Pretty much considered I mean Dana her death squad one of the best in the world when it comes to leg locks, just came in here as well.

And it was an amazing day, incredible minds, incredible people.

Everybody here, the whole team crushed it, and it's been been awesome so now we're try to get some

sleep we're going 9 a.m. tomorrow for Rammit Seth's in the house and then they just

keep coming and coming and coming and of course we got the premiere on Thursday

and some more on Friday and then we're back to London on Saturday.

So this is how we do. It's been an awesome week. It's been great to have this dope flat with the tin roof and all these beautiful brick walls and all the

cameras and the lighting that we got done so it's been a super success.

Everyone's been super excited to talk to us and it's been going amazing amazing so much love to New York I'm losing my

voice a little bit and yeah it's pretty hectic but I was just making it happen

enjoying the process and putting out good vibrations.
