Germanicus is Michael Vlegos. We're in Londinium by the Thames. We're observing the paradoxes, quandaries the mysteries the we're not sure of the 21st century right now in the

Contest between NATO and Moscow and Kief is in between.

Germanicus, I mentioned that repeatedly over the last weeks,

Ukraine has been acknowledging that it has a manpower shortage at the

front. Now that story is moved to more accurately present that Ukraine has a

manpower shortage everywhere. There is no pool to

draw upon that's not now engaged in combat. In addition there are hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of

draft-age men who are not in Ukraine. They're in Poland, there are not Canada, they're in Spain, there are many reports.

Ukraine's out of men. Is that announcement significant for Ukraine accepting NATO trainers,

advisors, NATO troops, what does Keith want by saying they're out of, they're now

acknowledging they're out of manpower everywhere, they need everything.

What do they want for?

Well first of all they're confessing not that they're short of manpower, but that too many men have died,

that they're running out of men who are dying or being horribly

disfigured. When they say oh we need 35,000 new soldiers a month.

That's because there are 35,000 who are being killed or disabled every month.

Now at the beginning of the war, 9 million Ukrainians left, several million are in the captured

Russian oblast, it has been noted that almost a million young Ukrainian men are among those and they are not coming home and there is so far no way

NATO can coerce them to go back to Ukraine and there also it's also been reported that the labor force has collapsed.

It's gone down by 30% because men who any man including old man and I've seen some

pictures of men in their 70s in battle kit in the trenches. They don't want to be drafted. They know they'll
