century. And these last days there have been significant events about the war in Ukraine

that is a war in Europe that is a world war, depending on your point of view. One event

was the speech by Vladimir Putin in Moscow to a nationally televised audience to Europe

as well, and to a large gathering of his lieutenants and supporters. Another was the speech

by the President of the United States who traveled boldly to Kiev and then under Warsaw,

the frontier, to make a speech about as long as it takes. Vladimir Putin's speech was,

we have been attacked, we are defending ourselves. President Biden's speech was, as long as it

takes, we will defend Ukraine. Now we come to after the Munich conference and the thoughts

of the leadership of NATO, not only the United States, but chiefly the four founding members

of the EU were also four significant players in NATO. That would be the UK, London, France,

Paris, Germany, Berlin, and Italy, Rome. The three of those voices are said by the Wall

Street Journal to be very concerned about the high-casually-counting Ukraine, the shortage

of correct and sustainable ammo trains flowing to the front lines and the interest of these

three states, UK, France, and Germany, for Ukraine to accept a negotiated settlement,

negotiated settlement. That sounds a whole lot like peace talks that lead to a partition.

However, we still have an active front, it's been stagnant for weeks and yet.
