| 0:00.0 | Super Bowl champion, working with Quest, knows Kevin Byer, knows what it's like to come back and live the dream. Logan Ryan, with us here. Give us a chip. Here we go, look, man. Just pop it out. Working with Quest here. Protein. Eat a protein and no snacks. I'm a busy guy. I got a busy family, 10 and 7 year old. We're going to practices. Our kids don't eat anything but French fries until we got to get them some protein. |
| 0:22.7 | Check out the new flavor, street corn. |
| 0:24.4 | Honest thought. We're going to practices. Our kids don't need anything but French fries, |
| 0:21.2 | so we gotta get them some protein. |
| 0:22.7 | Check out the new flavor, street corn. Honest thoughts. Good crunch. Is it good? Pop it open. Are you waiting to see if it's good before you opened it? I was gonna say this for later and still want a day ago. I wouldn't give you anything bad. I'm going to strategy. It's good. It's good. Listen, you move from DB to safety. |
| 0:38.6 | And we got some overflows over here. And I got a guy, Tyreeks Stevenson. Wow, that's a little spicy. Woo! There's got. Come on. How hard is that to do? You've been a defensive bad girl. Go play safety and figure that one out to an elite level. So you're good in the NFL. The elite level is the hard part. I would compare it to, you know, I played corner and nickel most of my career. That's shortstop to second base. Okay, you're getting infield balls. Yeah, I don't see too many short stops play second base, but it happens. I don't see too many second basins play shortstop. When you go to free safety, that's playing center field. I mean, my eyes on every single play, I'm reading the quarterback, I'm not necessarily guarding a man from play to play. So just the scope of the field, the angles, the eyes are completely different. If you're a good tackler, you have to be a good tackler to play the nickel, you got to be a good tackle to so that's really what can save you if you can tackle. But your eyes from snap to snap definitely took some time for me to get any big good at it, let alone almost a lead at it. So it was a lot of practice in switching my off-field training to more of a center field. I mean, I just saw the hesitancy right from the show when I asked the question. And so, you know, Dennis Allen's moving guys all over the place, Kyler's where that comes from. Go ahead. Well, you play with Kevin Byard. Kevin Byrd's been awesome for us to cover in Chicago. We had him on the show yesterday. What did you appreciate playing with Kevin Byard, and you're still watching him at this point, his career dominate the way he is? I'm not surprised. He's one of my best friends, but beyond that, I train with him every day when we were to tell you. He works so hard. |
| 2:03.9 | He's one of my best friends, but beyond that, |
| 2:01.3 | I train with him every day when we were tight, and he works so hard. He's a pro. He has so much of his ability to find those angles in the ball. He's going to be a future Hall of Famer. He should be. He'll be a 40 interception guy, which is really hard to do in this day and age. So, I mean, Can we say right now they need to pay Kevin Beyer? |
| 2:16.1 | We can say it. |
| 2:16.8 | We got to pay him a lot of money. |
| 2:18.3 | You guys need Kevin Byer back. |
| 2:19.6 | You know, like he's really important. |
| 2:21.2 | Not only he's... I mean, can we say right now they need to pay Kevin Beyer? We can say it. We got to pay him a lot of money. |
| 2:18.3 | You guys need Kevin Byer back. |
| 2:19.6 | You know, like he's really important. Not only is a ball hawk, but he is a good tackler, and he's a great guy in the locker room. One thing the NFL is doing, it's losing a lot of leadership in the locker rooms when you get rid of some of the veterans. I think Kevin is a huge part of that young Chicago Bears team. |
| 2:35.7 | He needs to be a huge part of their future. |
| 2:36.9 | So is he like that of that young Chicago Bears team, and he needs to be a huge |
| 2:36.2 | part of their future. |
| 2:36.9 | So is he like that as a young guy, or did that leadership kind of grow over time? Because now, you know, he's the vet in there, so he's got a little more, you know, cachet, if you will. But he also was new to the Bears. And even as a, you know, when he came first year, he almost just assumed their own. |
| 2:50.4 | Well, I'll give you a quick little story. |
| 2:51.8 | So I went to Super Bowl. |
| 2:53.4 | We beat Atlanta 20 to 3 in |
