All right, Chris, Steelers Training Camp is over.

How are you doing today?

Doing fine.

It means I don't have to drive for an hour to get out there and I have to get back.

Oh, I'm just going to be able to just wake up in my bed tomorrow and think,

I just, I don't have to do you these things.

It's over. It's over. I know I'm happy. I'm happy. I got a flight out of here tomorrow morning. I'm actually excited to get back.

But we do have one more practice to go over. It was a shorter practice. There's another one that was rained out. I think they pretty much only got through half of it today, although they structured practice a little differently than they normally do really not a lot of individual drills, mostly went right into 11 on 11.

So we have some stuff to get to.

Before we do that, though, let's go through the injuries and the days off.

Actually, before we do that, let's start with the fact that the Steelers made a transaction this morning.

They released J.T. Jones and Jermaine Ponder and signed tight end Mickey Crum and linebacker,
