It was an interesting sports weekend.

If you're like me, you're watching the World Cup, as that is the only sporting event

pretty much going on right now other than baseball with hockey season basketball over.

This is certainly the dry part of the season, right?

Or the dry part of the year as far as big-time sports go.

With the World Cup this summer, it's giving us a little something to watch.

Also, it was an interesting sports weekend because LeBron James, the biggest athlete in the world,

switched teams.

He went from the Cleveland Cavaliers to the L.A.

Lakers, this is something that had been rumored for a very long time that, you know,

first of all, I don't think he was happy with the Cleveland team as it was constructed at the end of the year.

And, of course, they got swept in the NBA finals.

But also, there's been a lot of rumors about, you know, he has ambitions in Hollywood,

and, you know, he has a family moving out there, and he had a home in L.A.

already.

And so it seems like the later part of his career is going to be spent in L.A.

And so that's why he signed that deal.
