We're going to review the first four weeks of the season of 2017 today, starting with the Cleveland

Browns and ending today's podcast talking

about week four's victory over the Baltimore Ravens, the first time the Steelers had

beaten Baltimore in Baltimore in quite some time.

Just a programming note before we get into the podcast.

I do want to mention, if you are listening to this podcast the week that it is coming

out and you are expecting to hear the Steelers news of the day or if there is some big Steelers

news that you're expecting to hear today. This is pre-recorded. I am on vacation this week and

But let's get right into it, the 2017 re-review.

2017, a very interesting year.

It was somewhat of an expectation versus reality type of season there was

so much expectations and hype coming off of where this team left in 2016 yes they lost into new

england in the a fc championship game in a blowout but there was a ton of excitement about what

this team could build upon that in

2017, excitement about the talent, you know, excitement about potentially working some more

man-to-man into this team and trying to get over the hump against the New England Patriots.

You know, offensively going into 2017, I mean, we were loaded, right?

This team talked about, had talked about 30 points per game being a real barometer for them
