Just drove through the rain after my show in La Trobe, PA, and I'm basically home for the next few days, I say the least.

Well, I'm home Monday, going back up Tuesday, but not spending

night, coming back here, preseason starts, then I don't go back until quite a few days.

So I've basically lived in La Trobe in the dorms for the last week with the Steelers.

Steelers-centric on here, I'm going to give some of you what you want and talk Steelers.

And starting to quarterback position, Ben Rothlisberger has lost a lot of weight.

He looks great. He's practicing more than he usually lost a lot of weight. He looks great.

He's practicing more than he usually does this time of year.

You're not seeing braces and ice or any of those things on his lower body.

Very encouraging.

Looks like he's throwing the ball extremely well.

Landry Jones kind of is who he is.

And Mason Rudolph, I don't want to say he's struggling, but he's transitioning.

And his accuracy hasn't been great.

I mean, none of these things should come is a surprise to you.

I mean, so we'll see, you know, we'll learn much more about Rudolph during the preseason.

At the running back position, Bell isn't there, of course, and Connor is clearly the number

one in Bell's absence, and I've got to say he looks really good.

You know, he looks more spry.
