there for sure well first of all we like to consider ourselves sort of like the

principles you know handing out the grades to these players and giving them

the demerits and and all that stuff and now I feel like I'm you know now going to the

principals office myself so I'm going to hear how we're doing from you and maybe

your listeners and whoever else but our

process is pretty simple. Rob and I you know we we have a giant spreadsheet
