rockets trade Clint Capella to the Hawks Denver moves Malik Beasley and

Juan Herman Gomez and gets a first-round draft pick.

Houston adds Robert Covington, Minnesota adds their pieces.

What do you think of what they're doing right now?

Well, I understand where they're coming from.

To me, you look at their vibe over the last month and it just screamed they needed to do something.

They needed to shake it up and the problem for them is they didn't have a lot of tradable assets.

I understand people are freaking out about, oh, they're not going to have a lot of tradable assets. I understand people are freaking out about oh they're not going to have a center now that they've traded Quinn Coppella, but they had a more fundamental problem. If they went into a series against the Lakers or the Clippers, they didn't have anybody besides PJ Tucker they could throw on LeBron James or Quiet Leonard.

I mean those were going to be quick serious.

They just had to get another perimeter defensive player to utilize in those match-ups.

So to me it was a wasn't really defensive player to utilize in those match-ups.

So to me, it wasn't really a matter of choice.
