We've got a breaking trade here in the NBA between the clippers and the Wizards. We'll break it all down for you.

about anyone else.

So John, this just kind of broke right before we sat down

to record this and we got a trade which is a fairly simple one

basically between the clippers and Wizards where Austin Rivers heading to the

DC area and you've got Marcin Gortat coming out to the Los Angeles Clippers as, by the way, they're really looking to assemble like a team of John Wick villains from Eastern Europe there.

That makes perfect sense for the clippers. This is to me a deal that involves two guys that had basically worn out their welcomes in their respective teams.

Marcingor Taut famously was touting how great the Wizards were without John Wall,

basically, and when Wall went down, oh, this team is our passing the ball and all of that stuff.

And then, you know that the Clippers seems like there was a lot of people who didn't like the

fact the coach's son was getting so much, so much time and his attitude.

So once Doc Rivers got relieved of his front office duties, this almost felt inevitable and Gortat said recently

that he knows he's gone.

So this is a classic change of scenery trade
