I made a great trade this week in the off season and upgraded. I have Sam Amix, senior

MBA writer for the athletic. Sam, how are you doing? Adam, I'm doing great. I feel

like Anthony might take offense to that, so I'm just just filling in here but thank you for having me.

I only say things I know he would say about me so it's perfectly fine.

Today's show we have a lot of good stuff to talk about in segment one

we want to look at today's marquee games.

There are some interesting outcomes

and some exciting ones, some exciting highlights.

In segment two, we're going to look at some of the

surprise teams in both conferences and and see if they are for real or if they

are in line for a regression and we'll wrap things up in segment three kind of

doing the opposite looking at teams that have struggled out of the gate but maybe are starting to get some momentum

and we'll see what it takes for them to climb back in but we're gonna start the rockets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers tonight 126-111 behind James Harden's 50-point triple-double the fourth 50-point triple-double of his career which is now the most in NBA history
