I'm going to take to the mailbag, the Lockdown Nuggets mailbag, to answer your questions,

direct from you. You can always call and leave a voicemail 303-578-9-3. I'll usually advertise when I'm about to do mailbags. I'll

probably do a lot because the Denver Nuggets now are in this crappy part of the season for fans,

great part of the season for them. They have one game in the next like nine days or eight days.

They play this Saturday, so they get Wednesday, Thursday, Friday off. They'll travel to Los Angeles

to take on the Clippers and a day game on Saturday. Then they'll get Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,

Wednesday off. I think they're back again after that to play San Antonio. So they have a lot of rest

here, a lot of opportunities for some of the injured guys to get healthy, some of the tired guys to get rested, some of the banged up guys just to be restored. So I think this is a good stretch for them. But man, does it suck for us? We waited a whole off season to get Nuggets basketball. And here we have to wait eight days for just one lousy game. What a rip off. But this episode of the show, I'm going to get into a lot of those notes and a lot of the questions that people had. I got four really good ones that I'll answer later on in a couple segments. I want to open up by telling you about some of the stuff we have on the site. Stat of the week, Ryan Blackburn, if you don't follow him on Twitter, a really good follow. Also, he does great work for us. He's really grown as a writer.

He has great, I think, takes, great ideas, puts a ton of research in. He had a cool stat of the

week column. Every week he does this on Wednesday. But this week, he highlighted something, which I

talked about on yesterday's show. He was the one that brought it to my attention that

Nicola Yolkich and Jamal Murray ranked

number one and number two in assists in the clutch this season. I thought that was a really cool

stat and what he did with it was really cool. There's a draft primer if you're a draft guy.
